Diagnosis

Which diagnostics are carried out in the rainbow school?

  • AO-SF diagnostics

This language-specific diagnostics, supplemented by further surveys in important development areas, is usually carried out in kindergarten (in the case of lateral entrants in school) as part of the AO-SF assessment.

  • an extensive one initial diagnostics in all important developmental areas after school enrollment. On this basis of current diagnostic results, the support measures in the classroom and in therapy are derived and documented in a support plan for each child individually. Support planning is the subject of parent-teacher meetings.

  • One accompanying diagnostics (process diagnostics) is carried out over the entire school year - also in written language acquisition.

On this basis, we recommend further support in the rainbow school or retraining in the local elementary school (cf. retraining)
