Math Olympiad

Since the school year 2018/19 we have been holding a Math Olympiad at our school. The best computers in the school are determined. Each child can participate according to the number space they are currently working in, so that there can be several class winners. Participation is voluntary. When determining the class winners as well as the school winners, there is a mental arithmetic part and a written part. Shortly before the summer holidays there is a "math day" where the class winners compete against each other. For this purpose, the individual class winners meet in the corresponding performance groups in order to work on the tasks under the same conditions. Everyone is very excited and it's so quiet you could hear a pin drop.

At the end of the day, 5 school winners will be chosen, who will be honored in the auditorium and receive a prize. A certificate is awarded to all class winners.
