singing school

At the Rainbow School, as a school with a focus on language, singing is given special priority. Singing is language development in which text, melody and rhythm are processed and linked in the brain. The children's emotional channel is particularly addressed. This is why this type of language support is so effective and a lot of fun. 

Daher gibt es an der Regenbogenschule:

• 4 times a year that season singing, with which we all welcome spring, summer, autumn and winter together. The songs are practiced beforehand in music lessons.
• the Advent singing on the Mondays after the Sundays in Advent. We meet early in the morning in the auditorium and sing appropriate Advent, St. Nicholas and Christmas carols.
• singing within the Closing party before every holiday.
• singing in the context of school festivals and the school enrollment.
• always a suitable one Project week song.
• the student choir the school entrance phase (from the 2nd year of school attendance) and the 3rd and 4th grade school choir.
• Singing in class, for example in the morning circle or subject-related in the various subjects and of course especially in music lessons.
• the teachers' choir, who rehearses Tuesdays before the start of the conference to perform on special occasions.
• Participation in special events such as "Class, we sing".
