Every year before the Easter holidays, the reading competition takes place in the rainbow school.

The reading texts are divided into 5 reading levels, so that all children - from reading beginners to reading professionals - can participate. After diligent practice at home and at school, the children first read a text in their reading level in class. Your classmates decide on the class winners according to given criteria (volume, intonation, reading speed).

The proud class winners of the 5 reading levels then compete against each other in the school competition in the Antolin library. There they read a new text in front of a jury. The 5 school winners will be honored on the same day with a small celebration in the auditorium. Here they read out their reading text again in front of the whole school. That can be pretty exciting in front of such a large audience. Then there is finally the certificate and the prize. Our support association gives all school winners a magazine mini subscription. Finally, all class winners come on stage and receive a certificate for their great performance.
