school trips

We regularly go on school trips to strengthen the class community and to give the students new experiences in terms of travel and accommodation. Class trips take place at the rainbow school every 2 years. Usually several classes join together.

In the School entry phase (grades 1-2) let's start with 2 nights. Our goal is child-friendly accommodation with a wide range of offers. In recent years, some classes have been to Haus Ascheloh and explored the forest there. Another popular destination was the school farm in Ummeln, where the students diligently helped with the farm work in the stable, garden and kitchen.

In Class 3/4 are we for 4 nights On the way. The destinations of the last school trips were the youth forest homes in North Rhine-Westphalia. Here we went to work in the forest. Short theory units and forest adventure games are also part of the programme.
